Evans Eshun, also known as Ebo Noah, has been granted GH₵100,000 bail by the Adentan Circuit Court with two sureties, one of which must be secured with a vehicle or landed property.
Ebo Noah’s attorney, Emmanuel Sarfo, has confirmed that the case has been postponed to March 18, 2026.
Prior to his next court appearance, Eshun, a 33-year-old private security guard, was remanded into police custody on January 2, 2026, and required to go through a psychiatric evaluation at a government facility.
When he appeared before Her Honour Angela Attachie, who first scheduled his reappearance for January 15, 2026, the order was made.
According to the prosecution, Ebo Noah disseminated assertions that a flood would devastate the planet on December 25, 2025, through a number of social media videos posted between August and December 2025 on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube under the handle @Ebonoah.
He said in the films that he was constructing an ark to protect humanity from the impending catastrophe.
