Education minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum visited the Labone Senior High School in Accra as part of his routine unannounced school visits.
The minister joined them for their morning assembly and shared few words of encouragement with them.
He urged the students to cultivate reading habits and make good use of the school’s library.
He then joined the students for breakfast after which he inspected the school’s kitchen and other facilities.
Dr. Osei Adutwum also made donations to the Teachers Welfare Fund and other projects of the school.
He stated “I appreciate the significant roles the teaching and non-teaching staff of Labone SHS are playing to enforce the government’s pursuit of the smooth execution of the Free SHS program”.
