Wednesday June 28 has been declared as a statutory public holiday, mybrytfmonline can confirm.
This was contained in a press statement released in June 20 and signed by the sector minister, Ambrose Derry.
According to the statement, the holiday is for the celebration of Eid-ul-Adha.

The general public is hereby informed that Wednesday, 28th June, 2023 which marks Eid-ul-Adha, is a Statutory Public Holiday and should be observed as such throughout the country.
