National Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Boamah Otokunor has thrown jabs at the New Patriotic Party (NPP) by stating emphatically that early launching of a party’s manifesto doesn’t mean they’ve won the elections.
According to him, that the NDC will have a purposefully driven manifesto because of the many interactions their flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama has had with Ghanaians.
He added that in 2016 the NPP postponed their manifesto launch four times.
The NPP scheduled September 28, which even is a bit late shifted to October 7, then October 8 and then finally to October 9, yet they won the election.
Speaking on Joy News, Peter Boamah Otokunor noted that launching a manifesto early does not guarantee a win for anyone in elections.
Peter Boamah Otokunor also said that the Former President Mahama has been speaking and making very bold and instructive policy statements which must engage the attention of all.
