The youth of the Tarkwa Nsuaem constituency have threatened not to vote for parliamentary candidates in the December 7 general elections despite their readiness to partake in the presidential race.
According to the aggrieved youth, all five parliamentary candidates contesting the seat have shown that they are not ready to serve the constituents but rather want to be served.
Expressing their anger after the failure of the candidates to attend an agreed peace walk and talk exercise initiated to seek peace before, during, and after the December polls.
Speaking to the media, the youth urged the Electoral Commission to only come with the presidential ballot papers on the day of voting since they are not ready to cast their votes for any parliamentary candidate.
Meanwhile, the parliamentary candidates contesting the seat are yet to respond to the allegations by the youth.
