The governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) is likely to forfeit both New Juaben North and South parliamentary seats in the upcoming 2024 general elections.
Well experienced politicians and noble men have disclosed their intention to contest New Juaben North and South parliamentary seats on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming elections 2024.
Air brewing from New Juaben North Constituency indicates that a businessman, Mr Samuel Adongo popularly known as Sammy Adongo, has also disclosed his intention to contest as a parliamentary candidate for New Juaben North constituency on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress in the upcoming 2024 general elections.
Declaring his intention to Nhyiraba Nartey Solomon of Bryt FM, Sammy Adongo said he is coming to change the history of the NDC in Constituency with policies and programs that seek to improve livelihood of constituents when given the nod.
The NDC parliamentary aspirant hopeful, Eric Yeboah Wadie is well prepared to defeat and occupy the seat of the lawmaker for New Juaben South Constituency, Hon Michael Okyere Baafi in the 2024 general elections.
In a health unity walk by Hon Eric Yeboah Wadie with the Eastern regional executives of the NDC, Hon Eric Yeboah Wadie urged all NDC party members in the constituency to unite as one family to win the New Jaben South parliamentary seat for the NDC.
“The seat does not belong to the NPP. I am coming because of the wellbeing of Koforidua, everybody is capable of leading the party here but we need a candidate who can win the heart of the other side to vote for the NDC,’’Hon Eric Yeboah Wadie said.
