Actor John Dumelo has stated unequivocally that the 2024 election will be boot-for-boot.
The actor revealed this while he was on TV3, which is situated in Accra, discussing the constituency manifesto.
In his pursuit of becoming the Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wugon, he is not stopping at any obstacles, sending the message that a slap would be met with another slap.
“Let me say something, I can see their supporters mentioning V8. If that is the case then it is fair to say maybe Lydia is the one that killed her husband to become MP. If they want to go to that tangent, I will go to that tangent.
This time around it is boot for boot. You cannot decide to be a bloody widow to become a Member of Parliament. If you smile, I will smile back, If you slap I will slap you back, if you aim at me, I aim at you back. You cannot be a bloody MP…”
