Hopeson Yaovi Adorye, a prominent member of Movement for Change, claims that his organization will guarantee the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its flagbearer a humiliating defeat in the upcoming December 7 presidential election.
We will make sure they [NPP] lose this election miserably,” Mr Adorye vowed.
In an interview with Ghana Montie, the morning show on NEAT FM, the former NPP member declared that the Akufo-Addo-led administration has been terrible and urged the people to vote them out of office.
“They [NPP] know they are going to lose,” He maintained.
Hopeson Adorye, whose organization’s founder and head, Mr. Alan Kyerematen, is under fire for advocating that Christians elect a leader who embodies the qualities of Christ to rule the country, reaffirmed that Ghana deserves a “Christian leader”.
“What is wrong if Alan says Ghanaians should vote for a Christian leader?” he boldly questioned – emphasising that the Movement for Change will continue to propagate the message to ensure Christians elect a leader.
