Election management and security procedure is key to maintain election serenity, and to achieve an outcome of a peaceful election, unless the election objective is otherwise stated.
When the voting procedure is circumvented, the process is likely to lead to chaos, and when the fundamentals of the electioneering procedure and processes are contravened, the outcome will be challenged and contested at both ends.
Who managers an election process in any democratic system is key, and its time election regulators begin to do more in Ghana to avoid, (prevent) killings, beatings, and other election related chaos at local, regional and national levels.
Voter education, educating contesting parties on what to do, and what is not allowed is a major strategy to embrace and deploy to help achieve reasonable election outcomes.
Security positioning, and following strict due procedure and adhering to due process are all part of the overall due diligence approach, key, and necessary to avert and prevent election chaos and related violence in all circumstances.

Protocol arrangements for election materials, role of the state or local police officers are the core responsibility of the election managers, and high-level seriousness is needed and required to achieve profitable election results.
We are creating too many avenues for chaos, dissatisfied agents, and chaotic atmosphere which can become a destructive platform, to a large extent, chaotic stepladders for violence business managers to dominate the election scape in Ghana, and across Africa.
