Abura-Asebu- Kwamankese constituency Member of Parliament, Elvis Morris Donkoh has floored NDC’s Felix Ofosu Kwakye as his dream to unseat incumbent MP crushes.
Mr. Morris Donkoh retained his seat once again on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) as he gathers 25,048 votes while Felix Ofosu Kwakye also gathered 24,872.
Announcing his defeat and conceding the same on his Facebook page, the former Minister said “It was so close yet so far for me. I lost by 176 votes. Congratulations Elvis Morris Donkor and better luck to me next time,” he said.
Therefore, used the opportunity to express his profound gratitude to his supporters, family, and loved ones who have supported him till this stage.
In his own words, he wrote “I am also deeply grateful to all of you out there who supported my bid in diverse ways”, he averred.
