Black Stars forward Jordan Ayew picked up an injury while in action for Crystal Palace in the English Premier League.
Ayew had to be subbed off after just 25 minutes in their game against Aston Villa at the Villa Park.
The Ghana international was replaced by Jean-Phillipe Mateta as the visitors suffered a 3-1 defeat in the English top-flight.
The extent of the injury will be determined after scans this week.
Ayew has been Crystal Palace main man in the ongoing campaign, winning the Player of the Month award for August.
