Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Eric Bekoe has backed Dr Kwame Kyei who has come under constant criticism in recent times.
The Executive Chairman of the club has been criticized heavily for his inability to deal with the Emmanuel Clottey-Esperance saga that resulted to a fine of $240,000.
In spite of that, the life Patron of the club, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has formed a three member committee to investigate the club.
“I have not taken money from Dr Kwame Kyei but whatever be the case we have to support him so he can accomplish he visions for the club”
“Personally, I can’t blame him for recent Kotoko issues because he is a man that loves the club and has ordered people to take care of certain positions. The truth is that he is not god to see everything and that is why he has delegated some of his powers to people”
“So if things are not going on well for the club, there should be an auditor to audit so we can know where exactly the problem is” he told Vision FM.
