Former Asante Kotoko defender Daniel Darkwah has revealed that not securing a move abroad in 2015 is his biggest regret in football.
Darkwah won the Ghana Premier League twice with Aduana Stars before joining Kotoko.
He became a household name in the country due to his exploits in the local scene.
Asked about his biggest regret as player, he said, “When I had the chance to travel outside in 2015 but it didn’t happen as expected. But in all, I still give thanks to God because he knows best”.
The 31-year-old is currently a free agent after leaving Nigerian outfit Enyimba FC after the expiration of his contract.
