Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak midfielder Douglas Nkrumah is set to make a return to the Ghana Premier League before the second face of the transfer window ends.
The registration period for the second window for the 2019/20 football season officially opened on Monday 16th March 2020.
Nkrumah according to the report is closing in on a deal to join a Ghanaian club as three other teams in the country chase him for his signature.
Asked if he has stopped playing active football, he said, “No, my goals have not finished so I have not stop playing football”
‘So far I don’t have any team but I will join a club for the second round of the Ghana league. As I speak, three teams are in talks with me yearning for my signature” he said.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Premier League has been suspended due to the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus.
