The 38th edition of the Farmers’ Day celebrations has officially been launched at the Jubilee Park in Koforidua, the Eastern Regional Capital on Tuesday 29th November 2022.
This year’s edition has been scheduled for the Eastern region with the rest of the regions and MMDAs across the country to observe as such.
Meanwhile, all the MMDAs within the region held their celebrations to honour hardworking farmers to pave way for the National event on Friday, December 2, 2022.
However, the Eastern Regional celebration has also been slated for Wednesday, November 29, 2022.
Farmers Day celebration is earmarked to honour and award hardworking farmers across the country for their contributions to providing food and meat for the growing population.
