Former Asante Kotoko defender Godfred Yeboah has advised Felix Annan to consider a loan move from Asante Kotoko ahead of the start of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
Asante Kotoko recently announced the signing of Black Stars goalkeeper Razak Abalora to the club which many believe will see Felix Annan drop down the pecking order after losing his number one position to Kwame Baah last season.
Felix Annan will now have to compete for the number two spot with the arrival of Razak Abalora who is also ready to fight for a place in the team.
Felix Annan lost his position at the club as the first-choice goalkeeper to Kwame Baah and failed to reclaim the spot until the league was truncated due to the coronavirus.
“Football is about movement. I didn’t know Kotoko have signed a new goalkeeper until today. Everyone wants to achieve greatness in life so I will advise him to consider a loan move” he told Bryt FM in Koforidua.
“I have heard he has a year offer from South Africa and so if feels he cannot be the number goalkeeper for Kotoko after losing his place to Kwame Baah he should move”
“He should sit down with management and dialogue and if he thinks the deal from South Africa is the best he should accept the challenge and move,” he said.
