The Ghana Health Service has received a significant boost in its efforts to combat the ongoing cholera and meningitis outbreaks, thanks to a generous donation from Pharmanova Group. The donation, valued at GH₵200,000, includes essential medical supplies such as antibiotics, infusions, sanitizers, and pain management medications.
Pharmanova Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Dhananjay Tripathi, and Chief Operating Officer, David Klutse, presented the items to the Director-General of the Service, Prof. Samuel Kaba Akoriyea.
Prof. Akoriyea expressed his gratitude for the timely donation, assuring that the supplies would be utilized effectively to support affected communities during this critical period.
The donation demonstrates Pharmanova’s corporate social responsibility and commitment to supporting the healthcare sector in Ghana as a socially responsible company.
