Madam Akua Donkor, the Founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party, urges the Finance Ministry to expedite support for the completion of the Nsawam-Accra Highway.
She applauded the Akufo-Addo government for being a visionary leader but said the Finance Ministry must expedite the process to support the government financially in order to help complete the road.
While speaking to the press, the farmer who is also a politician made a bold statement, asserting that only the Npp government has the capability to construct major roads in the country.
Madam Akua Donkor reiterated “I will call on the Finance Ministry to support Nana Addo financially to complete the Nsawam-Accra highway. I want to take this opportunity to thank him(Nana Addo) for taking steps to construct major roads in the country. This proves he possesses qualities of a visionary leader”.
She mentioned that the road’s delay led to damages to vehicles and properties.
“Our vehicles are getting spoiled on the road because of its current state. I will plead with the finance minister to support its completion to augment faster and convenient transportation” she emphasized.
