The Counselling Unit of the Ghana National Fire Service, led by the Chaplain General Rev. DO II I K Erzoah Amihere has successfully conducted a Mobile Counselling Clinic for twelve (12) Fire Stations within the Tema Regional Fire Command.
The Stations that benefitted from this important program include: the Ashaiman Fire Station, the Dodowa Fire Station, the Katamanso Fire Station, the Ada Fire Station, the Sege Fire Station, the Prampram Fire Station, the Devtraco Fire Station, the Gbetsile Fire Station, the Kasapreko Fire Station, the Tema Industrial Area Fire Station, the Tema New Town Fire Station and the Tema Motorway Fire Station.
The Mobile Counselling Clinic is part of the Chief Fire Officer’s transformational agenda which will provide a platform that listens to and provides counselling needs for personnel of the GNFS to equip them in areas such as planning towards a satisfactory retirement, resilience building against trauma and stress, personal financial management and other important areas intends to enhance organisational performance.
