Former Ghana Premier League star Hans Kwofie has passed away on Friday following a gory accident at Dadwen, a suburb of Tarkwa in the Western Region.
Kwofie was travelling to his hometown of Dompim Pepesa when his car got involved in an accident which claimed his life at the spot.
The 35-year-old won the Ghana Premier League goal king back in 2017 following a stellar performance.
He had stints with a host of clubs in the local scene, featuring for Medeama, Ashantigold, Aduana Stars, Legon Cities, Bechem United, Heart of Lions and others.
