The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection together with Ghana Health Service, Ghana Education Service and UNICEF on 17th August 2022 launched the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Communication Package and ‘I Will’ Campaign to promote quality caregiving to children aged 0 to 8 years.
The main objective of the campaign is to provide an integrated approach to Early Childhood Development (ECD) Communication to ensure that children especially the vulnerable thrive, survive and develop their maximum potential.
The campaign has been designed to address challenges associated with the development of children 0 to 8 years and calls on parents, caregivers and other stakeholders to increase their commitment to the development of children in the early years of their lives.
