The CEO of Ghana Export Promotion Authority, Dr Afua Asabea Asare has been on a tour of the Scandinavian Region, speaking and engaging investors of private and public sector entities, about the prospects available in Ghana’s export sector.
The tour which was organized by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre was led by the Dep. Ministers of Trade and Industry and Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hon. Hebert Krapa and Hon. Kwaku Ampratwum-Sarpong respectively.
Other dignitaries on this insightful tour were H.E Sylvia Naa Adaawa Annoh, Ghana’s Ambassador to Denmark and Sweden, Deputy CEO of Ghana Investment Promotion Centre – GIPC, Mr Yaw Amoateng Afriyie, CEO of Export-Import Bank Ghana – EXIMBank Ghana, Mr Lawrence Agyinsam.
The Ghana Export Promotion Authority is doing all it can to ensure that Ghana’s export sector also benefits from investment opportunities, to grow its exports and achieve the target of Usd25.3billion by 2029.
