A delegation from Weidmüller, a German company specialising in Industrial Connectivity, Analytics, and IoT solutions, paid a courtesy call at the Ghana Export Promotion Centre.
The team, led by Rafael Fiestas Hummler (Weidmüller’s Executive Vice President, Middle East & Africa), expressed interest in expanding into Africa, with Ghana as a potential location for a factory to serve the company’s West African operations.
Yaw Afriyie, the Centre’s Deputy CEO, welcomed them and outlined the potential support the Centre could provide to Weidmüller in their expansion into Ghana and West Africa.
He assured investors of his outfit’s preparedness to support entities in their activities in the country.
