Ghana Football Association leader, Kurt Simeon-Edwin Okraku has retained his seat and will continue to steer affairs in the next four years.
The experienced football administrator received support from delegates to continue his work at the ongoing Elective Congress in Tamale.
Okraku earned 117 votes with only three voting against his presidency after going unopposed.
Having been entrusted to continue his work, Okraku is set to be at the helm of affairs until 2027.
Top FIFA officials led by the Director of Member Associations, Africa, Gelson Fernandes are monitoring the event.
It is important to note that George Kwesi Afriyie who intended to contest Kurt Okraku for the presidential position was disqualified.
