Kojo Yankah, a former Chairman of the Western Regional Football Association, has decided not to allow Kurt Okraku to go unopposed after declaring intentions to vie for the GFA Presidency seat.
The experienced football administrator served on several positions during Kwasi Nyantakyi’s tenure.
With Okraku mandate set to some to an end in October, Mr. Yankah has declared to contest for the top position.
“I’m officially declaring my intention to contest the GFA presidential election today. It’s true, I Kojo Yankah will contest for the vacant GFA job in October 2023” he told Onua TV.
Yankah served as a member of the Black Stars management committee under Nyantakyi’s administration.
The football administrator is also noted for his vast experience in Ghana football.
