Ghana’s delegation is making waves at the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) 2025 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
They met with the Dominican delegation to strengthen ties and explore opportunities for digital cooperation.
The meeting was part of Ghana’s broader efforts to accelerate its digital transformation and enhance its ICT ecosystem.
The Dominican Republic delegation highlighted their focus on telecommunication and their upcoming 100-year anniversary at the ITU, as well as their election to the ITU Council.
Ghana also discussed its bid for the ITU Council and re-election to the RRB.
