Ghana international Andre Ayew has reacted after inspiring Le Havre to avoid relegation at the end of the French Ligue 1 campaign.
Despite defeat on the final to Marseille, Le Havre have maintain their status in the French top-flight.
They finished just a place above the relegation drop and will therefore compete in the Ligue 1 next season.
“Mission accomplished @hac_foot Believe and never give up!! A beautiful atmosphere in our stadium. Thanks to the supporters for this party all together” he wrote on Instagram.
The 34-year-old, who joined Le Havre in November 2023 bagged 5 goals in 19 games in the Ligue 1.
He is expected to lead the Black Stars team ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Mali and Central Africa Republic next month.
