A total of 243 new cases of COVID -19 have been recorded in Ghana with seven new deaths.
The Number of COVID-19 related deaths have been increased from 691 to 698 as of 12th March 2021.
Ghana’s COVID -19 Active cases has increased from 3,673 to 3,701 as of 12th March 2021.
Ghana Health Service report indicates that 18 patients are in critical and 48 in severe condition.
Ghana has confirmed 88,228 COVID cases for the past one year and recorded 83,829 recoveries.
The number of test conducted as of 12th March 2021 stands at 953,041.
Government says it is working to secure additional 20 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines in order to ensure that it achieves head immunity by the end of 2021.
The move will ensure that majority of Ghanaians are vaccinated against the deadly disease.
