Brighton and Hove Albion have been handed with a massive injury boost following the return of Ghana defender Tariq Lamptey.
The pacey right-back who has been out of action since February played his first game for Brighton when they suffered defeat to Newcastle United in their final preseason friendly game at the weekend.
He was in action when Brighton suffered a 2-1 defeat in the friendly encounter.
Lamptey is expected to play a huge role for Brighton in the upcoming season. Brighton will feature in the Europa League after securing their first qualification to Europe.
The defender missed the Black Stars games against Angola and Madagascar due to the injury setback.
He is expected to return for the final round of the 2023 AFCON qualifier scheduled for September.
