Ghana international Caleb Ekuban has emerged as a top transfer target for Turkish top-flight club Fatih Karagumruk ahead of the next window.
Karagumruk are expected to push for the signing of the Ghanaian striker in the January transfer window as they seek to bolster their squad.
The club believes Ekuban can help turn things around in the ongoing campaign following a slow start to the season. Karagumruk are currently 13th on the league standings with 14 points after 12 games into the season.
Ekuban has struggled for playing time at Genoa this season, making only ten appearances. He has been unimpressive since joining the Serie A club back in 2021.
His current contract with Genoa is expected to elapse in the summer of 2024.
