The Managing Director of Ghana Post, Bice Osei Kuffuor, has pleaded with the staff of Ghana Post to prioritise the needs of customers and make customers the ambassadors of the company’s improved services.
Mr Bice Osei Kuffuor made this statement during an interaction with the company’s headquarters staff on Wednesday, 5th January 2022.
Mr Osei Kuffuor, since he assumed office a day ago, has been familiarizing himself with the team by visiting all the offices at the company’s headquarters.
During an interaction with the frontline staff, he advised the team to regard Ghana Post customers as their ultimate boss. “You may not report to them, but knowing their needs and treating them equally will make them remain loyal to us’. He stated
He further added that a recommendation from happy customers is one of the healthiest ways for Ghana Post to maintain existing customers and attract new ones.
