Ghana international Thomas Partey has opened up on the comparison between him and Manchester United star Carlos Henrique Casemiro.
This season, the debate as to which player is the best defensive midfielder in the Premier League never gets old.
Whiles Arsenal fans and Ghanaians claim Partey is better than the Brazilian, Manchester United fans also thinks otherwise.
Reacting to the debate, Partey said, “Well, I think I have to concentrate on my work, I’m really happy to be at least seen by some people and I think the most important thing is to keep helping my team which is the mentality I have and also to work on myself”
Partey put up a starring performance as Arsenal inflicted a 3-0 away win over Fulham on Sunday afternoon.
The 28-year-old started and lasted the entire duration as the Gunners cruised to a comfortable victory.
The former Atletico Madrid star is expected to play a huge role for the Black Stars in the upcoming 2023 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers against Angola.
