Ghanaian Marriage Counselor Francisca Amoah, widely known as Maame Koma Addo, emerged as the 2nd runner up in the Global Women Recognition category, marking the sole Ghanaian representative in this distinguished segment.
Her impactful work as a marriage counselor, notably through the TV program “sɔ wareɛ mu,” garnered her recognition on the continental stage.
Expressing profound gratitude after receiving the award in Ghana, Maame Koma Addo pledged to intensify efforts in supporting women, marriages, and adolescent girls in Ghana and across Africa.
She highlighted the challenges faced by children and women in matrimonial homes, urging couples to create conducive environments for a healthy lifestyle.
Maame Koma Addo, who serves as the Assistant Director at Akuapem South Municipal and is the CEO of Maame Koma Foundation, emphasized the importance of unity and support among women.
