Ghanaian youngster Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has been adjudged Men’s Supporters Player of the Year at Charlton Athletic following his swashbuckling performance this season.
The English-born Ghanaian scoop the prize at the awards event on Sunday night.
The on-loan Crystal Palace forward beat off competition from captain George Dobson and youngster Miles Leaburn to clinch the award.
Rak-Sakyi pulled 46% votes to win the covetous award having scored his 15th goal, a day prior to the event.
“The 20-year-old, who received 46% of fans’ votes, has enjoyed a clinical campaign with the Addicks, scoring 15 goals and registering eight assists in Sky Bet League One so far this term,” the club statement read.
The forward joined the lower-tier side from Crystal Palace before the start of the 2022/23 season and has established himself as a key cog to the side.
Rak-Sakyi has been involved in 23 goals after 42 appearances, scoring 15 and assisting eight for Charlton Athletic.
