Ghana international, Antoine Semenyo has been recognized in the English Premier League following his outstanding performance for Manchester City.
Semenyo, who secured a high-profiled winter transfer window is in contention for the February Player of the Month for February after a standout display for the Sky Blues.
The Black Stars forward netted three goals in February, helping the side to secure a 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur before firing the team to victory over Leeds United.
Since joining the Sky Blues, Semenyo has racked up seven goals for the Premier League giants, providing two assists in the process.

He faces competitions from City teammate Nico O’Reilly, Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres, former teammate and now Brentford forward Dango Ouattara and Manchester United’s high-flying star Benjamin Sesko. Also on the list of contenders for the award is Liverpool captain and defender Virgil Van Dijk.
Semenyo has been nominated for the award twice this season but he is yet to win the accolade.
