The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has said that there are currently 4,192 active cases of COVID -19 as of 12th July 2020.
The number of discharged persons after treatment has shot up to 20,187 while the death toll stands at 139.
Ghana’s COVID-19 case count is 24,518 as of 12th July.
Meanwhile, the founder of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Pastor Mensa Otabil is urging Ghanaians to take up unfamiliar opportunities.
Delivering his sermon based on Jeremiah 4:3, during his weekly online service, he explained that new territories that are unfamiliar, scary yet exciting, usually are worth venturing into.
“Look at what has happened to our world. In the last four months, we have been forced to break up fallowed grounds in ministry. Whoever thought that church could be done the way we are doing it?” he exclaimed.
