Ghana midfielder Salis Abdul Samed will feature in the UEFA Champions League for the first time next season following RC Lens qualification.
The Ghana international had a descent debut season with Lens, who finished second in the French Ligue 1.
Salis, who joined Lens last summer from Clermont Foot made 33 appearances in the Ligue 1, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process.
Having placed second, RC Lens will play in the UEFA Champions League in the 2023/24 football season.
The midfielder performance did not go unnoticed, after emerging as the best central midfielder in the French top-flight.
Salis Samed is among the 24 players invited for the Black Stars AFCON 2023 qualifier against Madagascar on June 18.
The 23-year-old was part of the Black Stars team that featured at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
