Former Executive Council member of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Wilfred Osei Kweku ‘Palmer’ is urging Sports and Recreational Minister, Kofi Adams to monitor Black Stars call-ups.
There has been numerous concerns with regards to the selection of players into the senior national team, the Black Stars.
However, the owner and bankroller of Tema Youth has called on Kofi Adams, who recently sworn as the Minister for Sports and Recreation to consistently scrutinize Black Stars squad selection.
“I have known Kofi Adams for some time now. He is mostly quiet but you wouldn’t want to push him and so I am sure that he will deliver as Sports Minister,” he told Sporty FM.
“Kofi Adams must scrutinize every call up to the Black Stars. I know he is not a technical person but he must get someone to assist him technically to be able to understand these things,” he added.
The Black Stars are set to regroup next month for Matchday five and six of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
