The Kade Area Head of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Samuel Nana Yaw Agyei also known as ” Authority ” has urged Christians to be hopeful that Ghana’s economy will be restored to the path of economic prosperity.
He referred to Ghana’s economy as God’s economy adding that it has not been affected by the global economic crises therefore will continue to supply Christians their needs according to His riches.
Apostle Nana Yaw Agyei said this when ministering at Pentecost International Worship Center (PIWC-Koforidua) on Sunday as part of the Area Week Celebration and climax of the 3-day fasting and prayers.
He said the recession and economic downturns do not affect the riches and treasures of God.
“Economic recessions and downturns do not affect the economy of God. So mismanagement of the economy does not affect God. He will continue to supply his riches “
Ministering on “Anointing and earthly significance ” Apostle Nana Yaw Agyei said Christians have a critical role to play in the attainment of sustainable development goals, and general improvement of living standards of the people.
The Executives Council of the Church of Pentecost instituted 3-days fasting and prayers for Ghana’s economic recovery.
The program ended Sunday, November 13, 2022, amid criticism by some unbelievers that, the church must rather focus attention on calling out the government on corruption and mismanagement of the economy.
