Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah, Deputy Minister for Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development has reiterated that President Akufo-Addo-led NPP administration’s commitment to share the national cake evenly by touching every community in Ghana with one developmental project or another.
Also, the Member of Parliament for Techiman South Constituency in the Bono East region, stated that provision of basic amenities like water, electricity, markets, places of convenience, schools, roads, health facilities and others for all especially the rural communities remain paramount to Government and shall continue to be distributed fairly devoid of political considerations.
The minister made this disclosure when he handed over an ultra-modern toilet facility to the people of Bowohomoden and also cut sod for a water project at Bianhyewo.
He also accesses the construction of a footbridge from Diasempa to Goshen, and the renovation of Tunsuase and Dwomor public toilets all in the Techiman South Constituency.
On his part, Nana Takyi Yeboah II, Odikro of Bianhyewo on behalf of the beneficiary communities expressed gratitude to the Deputy Minister and described him as a very hardworking, honest and trustworthy politician that others should emulate.
