Former Ashantigold and Ebusua Dwarfs coach Ernest Thompson has applied for the vacant Hearts of Oak coaching job.
Thompson is currently without a club and is now seeking to be appointed as the next Hearts of Oak trainer.
The Phobians are without a coach and are now in search of a tactician before the start of the 203/24 season.
David Ocloo who took charge of the team following the exit of Slavko Matic has resigned from his post, making things difficult for the capital-based.
Thompson in an interview has confirmed he has applied for the job and is of the opinion he is the right man for the top job.
“I have applied for the Hearts of Oak Coaching job, and believe I am the best to serve the club” he said.
