Asante Kotoko trainer Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum has been named coach of the month for December following an impressive performance.
The Porcupine Warriors were unbeaten in December, winning four and drawing one in the five games they played in the month.
Out of the five games, Kotoko managed to score seven goals and conceded two in the process.
However, the former WAFA coach has beat off competition from Nurudeen Ahmed of Samartex 1996 and Samuel Paa Kwesi Fabin of Legon Cities to win the top award.
Kotoko finished the first half of the campaign on 3rd position with 29 points after shaking of their sloppy start to the season.
The Ghana Premier League campaign is currently on break and is expected to resume next month.
