Winger Joseph Amoako has been handed an indefinite suspension at Asante Kotoko, the club has announced.
The 20-year-old, who recently returned from a loan spell has been punished for his gross misconduct on social media.
A statement from the club reads, “Joseph Amoako, 20, has been suspended indefinitely pending a final determination through the club’s disciplinary procedures.”
“This is due to his misconduct on social media which the club finds unacceptable.”
Asante Kotoko are 6th on the Ghana Premier League table with 44 points and are gradually missing out on the title.
