Asante Kotoko legend Samuel Opoku Nti has called on players of the team to condition themselves well as they seek to retain the Ghana Premier League title.
The Porcupine Warriors played a 1-1 draw with Great Olympics last Sunday and are expected to take on Tamale City Wednesday afternoon.
Speaking after the game, the former CEO of the club entreated the players to condition themselves well to be able to compete this season.
“Asante Kotoko players need to condition themselves well. Playing for Kotoko is difficult but interesting. Kotoko is an extraordinary team and everything around the team is huge”
The two-time African champions sit 3rd on the league log with 19 points after 11 matches so far.
