They ostentatious event, featuring renowned artist Kofi Kinaata and attended by high powered delegation from the ministry has raised concerns about the alleged misuse of public funds.
Worry of some staff of the ministry is that critical resource shortages at health facilities within the minister’s constituency and region, hence extravagant party has been seen as irrelevant.
The minister’s speech, according to some aggrieved staff pledged to sponsor his secretary’s political career and has triggered calls for an investigation by the Office of the Special Prosecutor.
