Managing Director of Hearts of Oak, Delali Anku-Adiamah has called on Otto Addo’s lead Black Stars technical team to monitor defender Kelvin Osei Asibey for future invite.
The former Eleven Wonders defender has been consistent since joining the Phobians two seasons ago. This season, he has made 12 appearances from 13 games in the Ghana Premier League campaign.
Despite his blunder against Kotoko, Delali Anku-Adiamah believes he can be a perfect for the Black Stars.
“Black Stars should look at Asibey because he is an amazing player. Mistakes can happen so let’s not judge a player by just one mistake”
Meanwhile, the Managing Director has jumped to the defense of Asibey despite costing the Phobians defeat against Asante Kotoko in stoppage time.
“You can’t just look at the mistake. It came way up the field before it got to the defense. Let look at the whole situation what happened from the middle to the back. Kelvin was one of the best players if not man of the match. Some of the tackles and the clearance he did was amazing” he said.
