Newly signed Hearts of Oak Shotstopper Richard Attah has admitted that he will face a difficult task in the club’s goalkeeping department when the new season commences.
Attah joined the rainbow boys on a free transfer from Elmina Sharks on Sunday.
Asked about how he sees competition in the goalkeeping department, he said, “It’s not going to be easy but everything is in the hands of the coach. I think any of the goalkeepers can deliver when given the opportunity” he told Sylvester Ntim (Koke) of Bryt FM.
“With Hearts of Oak having great goalkeepers like Ben Mensah, Richmond Ayi and I, I think selection will be done based on performance” he added.
Okyeman Planners defeated Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak in a friendly game on Wednesday and Richard Attah says he is impressed with his side’s performance.
He said, they had a great game against the second-tier side but has attributed their defeat to hard luck.
