Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Richmond Ayi has expressed optimism about the club’s chances despite a difficult start to the Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians are currently in the relegation zone due to their unimpressive results in their first six games.
The Ghanaian giants have managed just a win, losing two and drawing three in the six games they have played.
In an interview, Ayi entreated the fans to keep supporting the team as they aim to turn things around following an unimpressive performance.
“It’s not over yet. I will plead with the fans to continue supporting and we will make them proud” he said.
Hearts of Oak will play host to defending champions, Medeama at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday in the week 8 clash.
