In a Facebook post by the lawmaker for Hohoe John Peter Amewu, “With the blessings of the Paramount Chief of the Gbi Traditional Area Togbega Gabusu VII ( Life Patron of Hohoe United Football Club) we received players and officials of the Asante Kotoko Sporting Club in Hohoe today for the “Mrs. Gertrude Anani Amewu aka Dnt worry” memorial cup slated for tomorrow Sunday at the Hohoe sports complex.
I am grateful to the Paramount Chief of Gbi Traditional Area for his warm reception. We also paid a courtesy call on the Zongo Chiefs, Elders and lmams to introduce our guests and invite them for tomorrow’s game between Hohoe United Football club and Asante kotoko sporting club.
We thank the Hohoe United Supporters and young constituents for coming out in their numbers to welcome our guests.
