Lawrence Nkansah, a twenty-five-year-old (25) banker in the Eastern Regional capital, Koforidua, has narrated what dragged him into being a homosexual and how bad he feels anytime he remembers he was involved in such an act.
According to Lawrence, being gay was the only sexual experience he has ever had.
This shocking revelation was made during an interview with mybrytfmonline reporter, Asare Joseph.
” I attended one of the prestigious boys’ schools in this country. I was liked by most people due to my looks. My school father who was a gay constantly raped me. I didn’t know what it was, I didn’t understand it. But somehow being gay found a place in me. Being gay was the only sexual experience I have ever had. Because I was a virgin by then. And to be frank with you, that was the best feeling I have ever had in my life. It was really fun and I enjoyed it a lot.
I had a partner whom I do that with when am horny. In view of this, I didn’t value anything in the opposite sex. I saw them to be a waste of space on earth. My predicament became worse each time I read books and watch movies which contained explicit scenes of homosexuals.
I remember it got to a time that I used to wear pampers before I could even go out.
I went through this for five (5) years and ended it when I met my wife who was then my friend. We first became friends and I narrated everything to her. She being a prayerful lady, prayed and took me to her pastor who counselled and advised me. Within two (2) years I realized my feeling for people of the same sex started moving away. I began to love my wife more and more after I realized there is something that’s nicer than being a homosexual. Being gay almost ruined my life and I really regret living such a life”. He revealed.
Asked on whether he has kids, Lawrence disclosed that, he has three (3) kids, two (2) boys and a girl who are all in the junior high school.
Lawrence used the opportunity given him, to send a piece of advice to students and parents. ” All that I want to say is that they should take their books serious and desist from homosexuality especially when you are in a single-sex school. And parents too should watch their kids very well, if they start to behave very weirdly when they come back from school”.
